I’m a Filipina designer based in Edinburgh, Scotland. I began my career in advertising, where I worked with all kinds of brands and clients - from children's milk to alcohol, fast food to artisanal, beauty to fintech. I've also worked in different agency settings, from multinationals, to boutique studios, to in-house agencies.
In my journey from Art Director to Associate Creative Director, I gravitated towards projects that were purpose-driven, bridging brands with social and environmental issues. I then pursued an MA in Design for Change, where I began to look beyond brands and social impact communications, and focus on how my design practice can better serve the communities that my projects involve.
Currently, I tutor for Design for Political Change at Edinburgh College of Art, The University of Edinburgh. In my spare time, I enjoy volunteering at the neighborhood charity bookshop and creating cookie flavors.
